Remote Dollar System Training Program Terms, Conditions, and Participation Agreement

(COMPULSORY) Review and Sign This Agreement: Before you can proceed with enrollment in the Remote Dollar System Training Program, you are required to carefully read and review this Agreement in full.

By doing so, you formally agree to abide by the rules, responsibilities, and obligations outlined herein, including program participation requirements, payment terms, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, and other important provisions. This step is essential to secure your enrollment and ensure a clear understanding of your commitments and expectations within the program.

Introduction:

This Agreement is entered into between Martmag Media Solution (the “Trainer”) and the undersigned participant (the “Participant”) for enrollment in the Remote Dollar System Training Program (the “Program”). By accepting this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and obligations outlined herein.

  1. Program Description: The Program is a video-based training course with group support that teaches participants how to earn dollars remotely from home.
  2. Responsibility: The Participant commits to devoting a minimum of 1 hour per day or 7 hours per week to studying the program to maximize their chance of success.
  3. Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if the Participant completes the program as instructed and provides evidence of implementation for 90 days without results.
  4. No Income Guarantee: The Trainer does not guarantee any specific income; success depends on the Participant’s individual effort.
  5. Intellectual Property: All program materials remain the exclusive property of the Trainer. Participants may not copy, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
  6. Confidentiality: Participants must maintain confidentiality of all program materials and information shared during the program.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation and arbitration under Nigerian law.
  8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
